Went in to buy a new soft harness for my vbff 's chihuahua. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I go in there. The store is kept clean, and if you can't find what you're looking for they will gladly assist you and never acts like it's some kind of imposition. I have always had good experiences there.

I’ve been getting my cats food here for months, almost every time I come the size of the food I need is out of stock but none of the employees have ever showed even the slightest frustration to check the back to make sure, and they always try and accommodate the best way that they can. I’ve gone a handful of times for other things and Cheree has always been the kindest and most helpful person. You can tell that she cares deeply about the people that come in as well as their pets. Every time I go, I always try to look for her because if she helps me then I know that I’m going to have a great experience!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have a miniature Yorkie that weighs 3 1/2 pounds. We have brought her there at least two times prior and at that time Petco had a groomer who knew what they were doing. This groomer is no longer there. The one they have now cannot do anything with her. She basically shaved her, except for her face said she’s being uncontrollable ,and refuses to cut her facial hair so I have a dog that’s running around with half a haircut, and looks ridiculous. I should have read the numerous other bad reviews first and I will not take another dog there and would not recommend anyone else do so either. I’ve had her groomed at other facilities with no issues.

Nice employees, but please know PetCo's prices can be a rip-off. I went in needing to buy some large dog dewormer, they tried to charge me something like $52 for a two-pack. I said no thanks and went to Walmart and got a two-pack dewormer for $19!! (Different brand, but still I looked online and the exact same item at PetCo was "on sale" for $45!!) Please watch out these rip-offs.
