It was a petco, had petco things, not really much special. Couple dead fish in the tanks, one substantial trip hazard hose for the tanks but easy to see. But, BUT! Zoox. The Dusky Canure Zoox was adorable. ($1000) but adorable and entertaining. Some hamsters, quite a few reptiles. The staff seemed fine, my fiancée said no to Zoox, so it almost was a 1 star review tbh...

Mikey from the Aquatics department has put a lot of effort into making the aquarium selection stand out amongst the rest of the fish stores here in KC. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he is able to take care of a plethora of fish and creatures that need different care. Whether you have fresh water or salt water, this is great place to check out. He even had coral for sale! They put creative set ups in the tanks adding a more appealing view. Even if you aren't into having fish, there are a ton of exotic fish we didn't even know existed so it was an experience just seeing them.

Love the store. Very good sales and customer service. Not crazy about the grooming part. First visit, charged me a different price from online. It is said price by size. When I got there, they said price by breed. The grooming itself was mid. I will give a second try before moving on. But looking for a possible change.

Took our dog here to get groomed and they were so friendly! She was so patient with my dog (who can be a pain to groom) and was really thorough in explaining how she would groom her. I could tell she really wanted to be sure I would be happy with the groom! So great!

Took my dauchound/bassett mix in for her nails to be done. Told us 10 minutes so walked to back of store looking around while waiting. Pay( the groomer said oh she was not a fan) leave. Man in parking lot that picked up his dog right before us is waiting to tell us the groomer twisted my dogs leg back so hard she yelped- So I go back in- took about 10-15 mins to find a manager that would talk to me - said oh I didn't hear her, they're trained on how to do it ect.. But she placated me by saying they'll send up to GM for review. I do not believe that. Dont go there for grooming or if you do do not let the terrible male groomer touch your dog. My dog now is limping
