Typical PetSmart. Would be nice to see a better selection of cat toys and things changed up on that level. It's the same old tired 🍑 products and selections of cat toys they've had forever. Stopped in today cause it was in the parking lot directly behind the Burger 🍔 King 👑 we stopped at for breakfast. Trader Joe's is in the same complex as well so we made three stops quickly. Very convenient. Stopped to get the cats a new treat. Settled on the Purr Pops from Bonkers. Cashier was a nice polite young man and rang us up in a quick manner without issue.

Don't go here to buy products if you need to use the restroom they won't allow you as it's for "paying customers only". Even though I was buy 60$+ in cat food that wasn't good enough to the wonderful cashier as she repeated the "paying customers only". That's fine this paying customer will never return, and I will not be returning with my grooming business either! Thank you for not allowing a paying customer to use the restroom.

It’s been a week that I went into this Petco, I been calling and calling for information regarding the reptiles supplies and no one answers after calling 3x… went and drove by and I see 2 employees just standing and talking laughing and hearing phone ringing and ringing and they didn’t budge to answer… I ask a male guy for some info on the ball python and he completely talks very rudely like if I’m bothering him on the care of them … I decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere instead… the employee should have been more helpful and understanding bout helping new pet owner..

They don’t have much to pick from like other stores in other cities. They have a low selection on fish products and also cat vitamins. I would recommend online stores rather than wasting you time driving here

There were dying corals and a dead neon goby. The fish didn’t look like they were being properly taken care of. The employee was very nice though.
