INCOMPETENT VET! INCOMPETENT INCOMPETENT! Misdiagnosed my dog for months after repeated visits of my concerns. Last visit after 8 hours of a drop off didn't even address our concerns about my sweet dog. Vet's assessment was my dog was fine and they wormed him. His lymph nodes were extremely enlarged in his neck. He had classic signs of disease. I took him to another Vet and my dog has lymphoma.

Sep 24, 2024 · ellen spearMy dog was seen by Dr Connors who said my dog was fine even though I brought her in with a concern of a cough. My dog was not boarded but was coughing bad. She checked her and gave her all her shots even though i wasn’t necessarily there for that and said we could give her an antibiotic but that she didn’t need it and was fine. My dog is vomiting and has not eaten for two days and is shaking even though we turned off the air hoping it helps with her coughing. I called to make an appointment and they said vet is in surgery and they need to speak with her and they don’t have any appointments that I could take her somewhere else. That sends a red flag to me —-they know Dr Connors messes up and they don’t want to deal with it!
Aug 10, 2023 · A GIRL's Hidden GemsThe place itself is great. The other location at Coconut Point had grassy areas and landscaping in the parking lot that animals could use the bathroom after the car ride. The parking area here is small with lots of businesses, but it would be nice if one space could be sacrificed to put some sod down (just an idea).
Apr 17, 2021 · Nicholas GarberI've been going to this Banfield location with my dog for over a year and the customer service has been excellent - At first, we often saw Dr. Anderson and more recently have seen Dr. Strenkert. Both are so friendly, sweet with my pup, and willing to answer any questions. They put me at ease when he was neutered and had a dental cleaning by calling me once the procedures were completed and providing clear instructions for his post-op care. I also appreciated the follow up calls on the following day to make sure my dog was doing alright. The team members answering the phone have also been friendly and quick to answer questions. It has helped tremendously! One point of feedback is to make sure the phone lines are open during early morning drop off. At my last visit, I was told to arrive at 7am but stood outside for 20 minutes because the phone number listed on the store door directed me to their automated message stating they were not open.
Mar 27, 2024 · Caroline BurkeHow long do you plan to keep raising the monthly insurance premium? We're almost at $100 and you also have to pay for medicine, which is still expensive.
