Tails 2 scails always been my go to store I always find my way back to the shop 😆 no all jokes aside they got amazing selection of reptiles and products Ron is awesome guy and the assistant manager Sarah is a delight to be around they're both very knowledgeable and fun to be around I really enjoy this shop I just got one of my amazing dream snakes here for a very good price 👌

Even before I got her, this was my go-to place because of their excellent service and wide selection. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help with any questions I have. The owner is frequently there, and his expertise on reptiles is truly impressive—it’s clear he cares about both the animals and the customers. Got home and my teen began to open the bag of dog food just purchase Mar 27, 2025, when we found punctures and tears in the bag that had been taped up. The bag was sold to us as new, yet was damaged and possibly contaminated. We have reached out to The Brand manufacturer regarding this issue since they only sell through contracted resellers, such as this. The deception and possible health risks that could have been caused by this deception is unacceptable. This place does have mice loose, unknown if they are because of unclean conditions or their feeder mice get loose, but they can cause health issues along with bugs. Due to this issue and the fact that are now charging over 3% for debit or credit payments, on top of their price hikes, we will not be returning to this store.

Most of the fish were dead and stuck to the filter. Was never even acknowledged by whoever worked there. Too busy talking to each other. Great selection for reptiles, just bad customer service.

Going to a zoo as a kid and wanting to take home something truly spectacular has always been a dream of mine. Like most dreams they end with the ringing of an alarm clock and the realization of how boring life is. Until walking in the front door I thought dreams could never come true. Boy was I wrong, the quality of animals, the service from the staff, there’s nothing like going home with an amazing piece of gods creation!! All this right around the street from my house!
