Pet Supermarket

Love shopping at this place! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I lost $60 in there the last time I went to shop. I was on my way to Myrtle Beach. I thought it was a long shot, but I gave them a call anyway. Bella had found my money and put it in the safe for me!!! So thankful for that. They held it until I was able to go back by there.

Great selection of treats for pups and all kinds of items for any animal you could possibly have!

Do not buy fish or snails here as they are sick, i was in there and a lady bought $300 worth of fish and lost half of them, she brought them back along with a water sample (that tested fine at home) but test a very high ph in store so they wouldn't do anything to make it right.. I purchased 8 snails and 6 of them were dead they were cheap so I'm not bothering with taking them back but I have learned my lesson about buying from them!

The workers there are always helpful an pleasant it's one of my sons favorite places to visit he loves to see the fish,critters, an reptiles he could stay for hours if I let him Thanks for being so nice an welcoming

Apparently, they have changed a bunch of policies about using their pet wash and allowing outside soap to ensure your animal is clean. My dog has extremely sensitive and flaky skin and is required to use medicated shampoo. I have been using pet supermarket bathtubs for coming up on at least five years in multiple locations and have never been stopped or told I cannot do my own soap once the associate realized I was using my own soap. She told me I would be required to stay within a 30 minute timeframe. I have called customer service and asked to speak with multiple external management and have been looped in circles for the last hour.
