I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone at VCA at 136 SW 8th St. (in Miami), for their tremendous support & compassion as we went through the heart breaking euthanasia process of our dog Achilles. To everyone from the front office, and all the assistants to the Dr. on-site; thank you so very much for your kindness, compassion and support during one of the most difficult times for our family. Our dog Achilles had visited this VCA location n the past for his Vet Care needs and was always treated with kindness and professionalism. To end his life journey in the hands of these caring people was truly an element that made this whole process bearable. If you love your pet, I wouldn’t take hime anywhere else in Miami for vet services and would give VCA a 10 STAR RATING of our experience if i could. Thanks again to everyone. Achilles was truly loved, will be missed dearly and we will never forget him.

We had a complex issue of moving to another country with our pet. As soon as Mr. Mendez was involved, he had an outstanding approach to the issue and helped us in getting a fast solution to have our dog back with the family in the shortest time possible. It’s not only about pets and their needs but the compassion shown was really something special! 5 stars!

The entire team here is amazing and incredible! They are so caring and sweet! The hospital is so clean and new and beautiful. Dr. Perez, Nicole, Carlos, everyone at the front are phenomenal! So thankful and highly highly recommend!

My cat was taken care of by the team really well. As a physician, I could clearly tell the vet was knowledgeable and did not push for invasive/expensive testings that were not necessary. Lady in the front desk last Saturday 06/15 needs a raise as she goes the extra mile to make clients happy. They have a separate place for cats waiting in the lobby area which is super nice.
