I recently had the pleasure of visiting Let's Pet, and my overall experience was positive. The staff was welcoming, the service was commendable, and the store boasted a diverse array of animals and products. However, a couple of issues gave me pause during my visit. My primary concern arose when I purchased a Zoo Med humidifier, only to discover later that it didn't work. Comparing prices, I found the same product brand new on Amazon for $74, while I paid $80 at Let's Pet for it used. It would be great to see Let's Pet align its prices more closely with online competitors to offer customers better value for their money. To compound matters, the humidifier I purchased turned out to be faulty. Rectifying the situation required an additional $10 payment for a functioning replacement. While technical glitches can occur, it would be beneficial for Let's Pet to implement thorough quality checks on electronic items before they hit the shelves. The inconvenience peaked when I had to wait for the replacement humidifier. Timely exchanges for defective products are crucial to customer satisfaction, and I hope Let's Pet considers ways to expedite this process in the future. Despite these hiccups, I want to highlight the positive aspects of my visit. The service was excellent, and the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist were standout features. The variety of animals and products also made my time at Let's Pet enjoyable. In conclusion, Let's Pet offers a pleasant shopping experience, but there is definite room for improvement in pricing transparency and quality control for electronic items. With a few adjustments, Let's Pet could easily become a top-notch destination for pet enthusiasts.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is the only place we will get our fish; they are healthy and active. Employees are helpful and honest about the limitations of the fish and how they will do in your tank. They also have second hand items for sale at great prices on tanks, crates and the like.

This little pet store has EVERYTHING including 2 beautiful resident birds. They have a cockatoo and a blue and gold macaw. We have been getting snake food here and their selection is amazing. This includes small pinky mice all the way up to jumbo rats. They have both live and frozen snake food available. Their service is top notch and they also have a great rewards program. Great Job Let’s Pet!!!

Store is an awesome, neighborhood, pet store. My only concern was aquarium stuff, so i didnt pay attention to all the birds, turtles, tortoises and small mammals, but they have a great selection of fish, some live plants, great variety of snails, and more. Definitely worth it for the aquarium hobbyist to visit, or anyone looking for a bird, ferret, snake or tortoise! Shout out to John, very helpful!
