Very friendly helpful staff and very well stocked store on food treats pets clothing medicine hygiene cosmetics. We got our little princess the cutest collar and treats from there.

Reasons for almost 5 stars: Always a sincerely friendly greeting when you walk in. The store seems to be kept clean & tidy. Wide variety of high-end dog & cat foods. BUT they pretty much ONLY offer the pricier foods, so be prepared for that. And the store always smells like birds. It's kind of a musty smell that comes with having small critters for pets. It's not particularly bothersome for me, but it may be off-putting to some. So, 4 stars instead of 5, but if I could give 4.5, I would.

Darcy is wonderful. I’ve been into the store a few times and she is always incredibly helpful. The rest of the staff are also lovely; I also appreciate the good selection of items and clean space.

I've kept fish for more that 20 yrs and I would never purchase from this store. Tanks are clearly not maintained and I felt sad for the fish there. The one on university is notably better. Tanks are maintained and fish look healthy. I went to two other stores in the area and this petsmart was the only one clearly not maintaining their tanks. What a shame. I'm not returning for any pet needs to this store. Would not recommend. Poor management to allow it.

I absolutely love this place!! Every time I go in, Joy is so helpful and nice. She’s helped me a newbie fish owner. Today she gave me some crucial advice that seriously saved my tank. I hate petsmart for obvious reasons. This place has healthy animals who are well cared for and in clean environments. I price check this store with chewy and it has the same prices! Unbelievable! Again, I love all the staff here. Some really lovely people and that’s what has won my business.
