We get our dogs groomed at the Minnesota location. Always pleased with the results. Always met at the grooming door quickly. The staff make me feel like I and my oversized pups are the most important person/pet in the world. The various cashiers are always super friendly. Everyone is clearly a pet lover

Aron the fish guy is the best. Super personable and knowledgeable. He’s ordered special fish and plants for us and helped when our fish are sick. This is our go-to place for all our aquarium needs. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people.

This is where some of their puppies are purchased from. Ask yourself, is this a reputable breeder with 550 dogs on premises? This is what the inspection report showed spring of 2024. ABSOLUTELY NO. NOT REPUTABLE. This is what a puppy mill. Cranking out puppies for profit, not breeding for health. Reputable breeders NEVER sell to pet stores. NEVER.

Great store for supplies, and has a nice selection of small critters and fish. Last time I was there, they had some beautiful puppies running around the store to pet. Many times these are available to be adopted.

Used to love this place , ever since Eric left the little guy with the long hair has been in his place , very unimpressed, he was rude after asking a legitimate question about water jugs , that they supply that I purchased , will not be spending another dollar there at either establishment, going back to woofs and waves now, after spending thousands of dollars within the last year at your establishment your rude employee was the last straw , # BRING BACK ERIC
