I tried to purchase 2 bags of cat food online using a gift card and credit card. I went to the store to pick up and learned they only had one. They canceled the order and the phone Customer Service rep reimbursed my gift card. I was concerned whether I “lost” my gift card in the transaction, but everyone was beyond nice and helpful. I was able to purchase just the one bag which was fine! Thank you for your care — your kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

So Petco has a 60 day return policy...by design...maybe? We purchased a $100+ cat tree product on 7/2/24 and 75 days later (9/14/24) we come downstairs to find that the perch broke off in the middle of the night! I am glad that the cat seemed to be okay and didn't appear injured. The OSB board with three screws in it gave way. Today when we were at the store and looked it up it is no longer covered by their return policies... very disappointed, my only advise to other pet owners is you get what you pay for and even $100+ might not be enough to ensure it will last much past the 60day policy.

We will never shop here again you have the worst employees we bought a 55 gallon fish tank got home and found a scratch ar the bottom so we returned it and thought we got a new one but no that was worse then the first one we found broken glass around the tank so we will never stop there again you just lost yourself a customer i don't think you need a star but you get 1

Helpful, friendly staff, great prices and product selection. I love this store!

Wish it was 0. Have fun going here. They are allowing a homeless camp to be established in their parking lot. Currently at 5 abandoned cars, a bicycle, and a cart full of stuff. Be ready to get harassed and asked for money every time you go. Has happened the last 3 times I have gone to shop. I've also watched them walk the parking lot looking into people's cars. I will never come back to this location or business.
