Dallas Parrots

We had an amazing experience with Dallas Parrots! Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of bringing home our new conure. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were fully prepared to welcome our new feathered baby. Thanks to Jason's guidance, our conure (Mango) has settled in beautifully and is loving his new home! We couldn’t be happier with the service and care we received. Highly recommend Dallas Parrots to anyone looking for a happy, healthy bird!

Love this place! It was worth the almost hour-long drive for me. It’s very clean and the birds seem happy. The staff were so helpful, especially Jason. We got a hand-raised baby cockatiel here and he is already well-socialized and friendly. I’ll make the trek again, even just for bird toys!

We homeschool our kids. They had learned about birds and we thought we would walk up to Dallas Parrots to show them what they had learned about. The gentlemen inside was very polite and knowledgeable on the birds teaching them some things. We accidentally took one picture before we noticed the lots of signs saying no pictures (sorry). My kids left begging for a bird on the walk home. All the birds seemed very healthy and well cared for. Overall this seems like great place learn and get birds from!

I had the best experience before making my 7 to 8 hour drive to Dallas Parrots. From the first phone call to reserve my macaw, till the day I brought him home. In the first 24 hours of having this beautiful baby, I knew it was well taken care of in addition to having some of the best customer service. The customer service was top tier, as well as the bird being ready to taking on a new owner. The owner himself spent hours with me getting to know the bird and making sure the bird and myself had a connection, literally took the time. I was sent on my way with everything I needed to care for the bird as far as the food, accessories, and needs for the macaw, and more knowledge for myself on how to attend to the needs of the majestic creature. The store advertised hand fed, it shows. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I personally found this place on my own and did my own research. It wasn't recommend to me, and they did not reach out to me. I found them. I am pleased with my experience, my purchase, and the baby I have had the opportunity to bring home. On a scale 1 to 10, they get a 15. This comes from the heart as I was looking for a new companion after losing my first love for a beautiful man's best friend. Look no further, this is a place to seek out if you're seriously interested in taking responsibility for a new beautiful majestic life long friend.

If you are looking for an amazing healthy bird raised by loving hands Dallas Parrots is the place to go. After some not so good experiences at other stores we drove the 6 hours to Dallas Parrots. The birds, staff, and store are all amazing. Very friendly people help you with their amazing variety of birds. They are very knowledgeable and will help you become familiar with your new bird’s needs for going to its new home. From cage size , feeding requirements and interaction with your new bird to make it the best pet possible. Ohh and they have a great selection of toys for spoiling your new feathered friend. The store is very clean!! This is truly a one stop store for all your birds needs. We are looking forward to many more years with Dallas Parrots
