The employees here are amazing! I came in here to return a cat wand my cat wouldn’t touch, and she told me about some cat wands on sale that her cat goes crazy for, and that he’s picky. My boy is too and he loved it!! They are always so helpful and have a great selection. I unfortunately don’t know the lady who helped me’s name but she was amazing!! My cat is a very happy boy.

I went to get my dog a quick nail clipping and set a appointment that same day with their Mini MakeRover and was exceptionally pleased with their services and caring for my wellbeing of my pet. While waiting, the PetCo representatives were very attentive to my needs and helpful in answering questions while browsing through the store. Sandy and I walked out happier than ever.

This location has the BEST customer service ever. I made a purchase online and paid with PayPal (just don't ever do that). I went to return some items, apparentlytje cash registers not have a way to refund a purchase made with PayPal. It literally took 45 minutes for the return. I called the online order line and the manager called the technical support. I finally got the refund for the purchase I had made earlier that day it just took forever. However, all the store employees were patient, kind and apologetic. This is my favorite location. They actually carry my babies refrigerated food.

This place is great we got our puppy to puppy school. He learned a lot Nick the teacher is great and enjoys working with dogs. We liked the classes so much we enrolled into a second class called AKC good citizen.
