Petco Enfield, CT , I just want to say these are absolutely HORRENDOUS conditions for these babies to be living in... Cold, empty, dirty metal cage. Nothing but a food bowl and a water bowl and cold dirty metal bars to stand on. The amount of time these birds sit in these cages waiting for someone to have $800 to spend on them is crazy. They sit for months and months. The least you could do is give them something cozy to sleep in a toy and keep a clean cage, this has not been cleaned in weeks based on how much waste is at the bottom. I know because I have one of these birds and this is straight up neglect. Do your jobs and take better care of these precious babies. This is absolutely sad. DO BETTER.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Enfield, CT Petco Grooming Salon! My dog, Maximus, is extremely skittish and gets very nervous during baths—he shakes like a leaf. I was a little anxious about how he’d handle it, but Emma was absolutely amazing. She has such a calm, reassuring nature that not only helped soothe Max, but also put me at ease knowing he was in good hands. When I picked him up, he smelled fantastic and, most importantly, he seemed happy and excited rather than stressed. I could tell he had a positive experience, which is a huge relief for any pet owner with an anxious pup. Thank you, Emma, for your kindness and patience! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We bought a beta from here and not even a week later it died. When we brought it back the manager was super rude literally shamed us and refused to sell us a new one. She treated us so poorly and said we didn't have proper equipment when the staff sold us the beta in the first place with no hassle. She was even rude to two 8 year olds that were just asking questions. We then thought it would be okay to buy a mouse (we have had mice, rats, etc our entire lives) and just because it was a feeder mouse she refused to sell the mouse as well. She then finished this whole ridiculous experience by calling us inexperienced and incapable of having a mouse that's going to get eaten by a snake as a pet. What a windbag lol thank you for reminding me of why me and the rest of enfield go to petsmart.

Not much of a selection, poorly organized with cat and dog products scattered throughout the store making it impossible to find. Good luck finding an employee. And absolutely overpriced. $59 for a package of disposable puppy training pads, are you kidding me? That’s $1.00 per throw-away pee pad. $1.00 every time your puppy pees which is all the time. And $21 for a dog food dish that’s $10 anywhere else? Now I see why this store was empty. I was in there 10 minutes, couldn’t navigate the maze of a store, and couldn’t find anything reasonably priced. Skip this place for sure.

Favorite pet store chain in the area as a owner of a Leopard Gecko that will ONLY eat giant mealworms, they always have the most new and fresh worms out of all the stores with the least just dead in the container. Cannot sing enough praise over that
