We had nothing but the best experience with then they know so much and get you with a bird that best suits your needs. We bought two parakeets from them and they are just amazing and we also bought a cockatiel from them and we plan on buying another cockatiel to have a friend for him. Their birds are absolutely amazing and they make a great addition to our family.❤️❤️

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time! I cannot say enough about the caring, honest and sincere folks at Birdz & Beyond. Our son Tyler purchased a white dove from them years ago, and for the next several years, he would call them often with questions about caring for his dove, or just to talk about his dove. Derek always took his calls and patiently answered any and all questions with the most friendly and supportive approach. For many years, our son visited the store in person at least once a month - just because he loved birds so very much. Our son had special needs and was an incredible, funny and passionate young man. Tyler passed away in April, 2024 and Birdz & Beyond was very kind to us, and shared with me and my husband many stories and memories of the deep connection our son developed with them and their "flock." : ) Not many places of business go above and beyond in this manner, and it speaks to the integrity of your family and business at Birdz & Beyond! We are eternally grateful for the bright spot you all were in our son's life.

I can't say enough good things about Birdz and Beyond, they are all so informative and genuinely caring. When we bought our Cockateil Ozzy in November we were filled with so much valuable information, and felt as though we were being entrusted with a family member. Beautiful birbs but need clean the cages and their water is very dirty. How would you drink dirty water like theirs? Get water bottle like hang it outside with drinking part inside so it's worry free with water if I won pet store i woukd preferred use these for each bird cages. Please keep all cages clean and food in there and water change.

Doris's Little bird Shuna that was well taken care of by Birdz & Beyond for over 25 years!! My mom also donated her African Grey to them when she could no longer take care of him and they took him home. They are absolutely the best when it comes to full service/boarding/grooming feeding your exotic birds.
