I have placed 3 orders so far with this store and each one came on time, healthy, and cared for. Heat packs were used during a cold week, and everything was double bagged so no little critters get trapped in the corners while shipping. 9 clown killifish and some micranthemum plants and pom pom crabs all arrived in great condition. One of the little crabs did die a few days later, but I can't blame that on the store, he was okay when he got here. I will be doing all of my aquarium shopping here for as long as the service remains this amazing =)

I highly recommend Aquatic Arts, especially if you live in the Midwest. I got my package really fast once it shipped, I ordered 6 assorted shrimp and they all came alive with bonus java moss that I added to my tank. I actually ended up getting 9 shrimp plus 2 super tiny babies. I drop acclimated and followed the instructions and they are still all thriving a week later! I'm so happy with my new shrimp!! I'm definitely shopping with them again 🦐🥰

I have ordered a variety of invertebrates and fish from Aquatic Arts and I can't recommend them enough. The health of the animal is their first priority so while they will ship as soon as they possibly can, they won't ship if the weather will endanger the lives of the animals. Every single creature I have bought has arrived safe and, above all, in excellent health. My most recent order was for the two crawfish in the attached images, couldn't be happier!

Not only is everything great quality, you can tell they really care about everything they offer from the care down to the details. Local Pickup is a perk I enjoy and I'm always met with great customer service. If you're considering ordering from here definitely give it a chance! Thank you Aquatic Arts! I ordered 10 black rose shrimp and 4 snow amanos from here. Not only did they all show up alive, but they sent me so much more black rose shrimp than I expected! I probably got around 25 of them and could not be more impressed with their colors. This place is amazing and is going to be my go-to online fish&shrimp store!
