My dog has been coming here for years and she’s a senior now she’s 15 years old. Today she had a tooth extraction and they acted like they didn’t know her or bother looking up her medical record. They didn’t know who my dog was or how old or her health history. I feel like they should have records and have the file before coming in. The procedure took longer than expected and they hadn’t even started after waiting for one hour. When we brought her home the lady at the front gave us a medicine that she said was antibiotic. We gave it to her around meal time and saw her acting strange. She was slipping and falling and couldn’t hold herself up. We looked up the medicine they gave us and it was gabapentin. This isn’t even an antibiotic, it’s for seizures and anxiety!!! Moreover the dose they gave her was 100mg for a 44lb dog and she’s a tiny 12lb Maltese and now we’re worried calling poison control. PET OWNERS BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE

Totally disappointed by the service offered at this clinic, Dr Romano is never available and the worst thing is that my dog has not improved after the treatment. After 4 days meds she got much worse!

I went recommended to this place for nurturing my little cat, the receptionist ,needs urgently some help, she couldn't answer the phone properly because she was also discharging other pets, the office is too small, they don't give you the follow up paper after the surgery and consequently I had to call again and again to know what to expect after the surgery. I didn't know if the cat constantly meowing was for pain due to the surgery After I left the place ,almost in a hurry because; again the receptionist was alone and stressed out, I felt bad leaving pets there, they never recommend me the vaccines. I don't recommend this place.
