This place is amazing and the customer service is awesome! Darin helped me over the phone as I won 20+ auctions on eBay, and was there in the store win I picked up. Jessie was also very helpful as he walked me around the store retrieving all the corals I had won. Zach was also very helpful from the front of the store who helped me check out. The multiple times I called and emailed the store, everyone was equally customer service-oriented to make sure I had the best experience possible. Highly recommend to visit this store and their auctions online. Thank you all !!!

I’m not sure what it is about web vendors. This is the third coral store within a span of a-few months that messed up a order, was contacted about it and provided proof then ghosted. Aquasd has the photos, the brand, the reputation so when I placed a 1000$ order with them I expected at a minimum the correct order and not a bait and switch. Of my 40+ coral order I was shorted pieces, sent the wrong pieces or just flat out sent something that was WYSIWYG but not the animal advertised. For example, of the multiple gonis I was sent (3) were supposed to be red hue, none were. I ordered a WSJWYG all gold indo with white tips and was sent a indo gold with purple tips. Their website says they will contact you for subs, I never was. I had high hopes for this established store and was treated poorly. *edit* i was indeed contacted by the store, spoke with a guy named Dan. Nice enough guy who said “I wish we had spoke sooner”. The very next day they sent me a completely different message basically telling me to pound sand, providing a pack-out photo which actually proved my issues for me and getting pissed I contested the charge for the miss-aligned order. It would be amused but honestly just wanted the correct animals and not this headache. Buyer beware

I order online and called customer service and recieved answers to questions person was very knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of different types of coral even hard to find coral prices are reasonable shipping is on time definitely highly recommend for reefers just starting out or veteran reefers. Corals arrived alive and thriving the free gift coral was awesome glad I knew what the coral was if I was new to the hobby not knowing what type of coral it was could have ended badly. Wish for future reference they would mark name of coral and type on the bag of free gift. But I would buy from again in the near future still adding to the 300 gallon tank

Best place to buy coral! High quality corals and fish. I got these blue Duncan 2head from aqua sd a while back and it grew a 3rd head. Waiting for my new order this week and I’m super excited! Photos to come soon! Check out their eBay bidding as well for great deals! Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing store and the staff are unbelievably kind and knowledgeable!! We came down from Utah and we don’t have anything like this. We are in Aweh and completely blown away! The store is clean and has so much coral, fish, and fully stocked equipment. Thank you guys so much for showing us around. Manny is the one that really stepped it up and really helped us out! Seriously can’t thank you guys enough for showing us around.
