I saw a plethora of positive reviews for this store and they completely lived up to it. I brought my puppy in to find a car “seat” and some chew toys and the staff was so helpful from tips and tricks to brands and items. Specifically Jeremy and Jessica were over the top nice and helpful. My dog felt safe and the selection was great. Just a solid group of people in a world of random retail stores. 10/10
Went to this clinic to get my dogs boasted and they helped me quicker and with more occur as my I accustomed to dealing with. I really appreciate the professional demeanour around all of my dogs all three of them well some of them were off these part of the time because I had problems, making them be on leash so long while waiting.
Came here for semi aquatic turtle food. The website said it was in stock but it wasn't on the shelf. The store associate took her time and found them in the stock room. The staff was great.
The staff here were great, and especially the vet. The dog always makes a squealing sound like she is dying every time she has to get a shot but with this vet (female) she didn’t even seem to notice the needle at all.
I regularly shop here as an Instacart shopper and really appreciate the variety available for dog and cat owners, and the environment of this store is commonly clean and pleasant. This review is mainly for Lajiah; her customer service skills are exceptional! She stood out for all of the right reasons. She greeted every customer in line with a smile and pleasant conversation. She was able to check out multiple customers at once in the line so none of us had to wait long which is not typical of this location. I have roughly 10 years of retail experience and I think most people that currently work in retail have lost the approach that Lajiah has not forgotten makes the most difference to a customer's experience in small daily tasks. She is awesome!
