AVOID THIS VET AT AL COSTS! I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with this vet has left me utterly dismayed. I brought in my senior dog last Friday suspecting a UTI due to concerning symptoms. The vet barely spent two minutes with us, didn't bother to explain anything, and abruptly stated they would call with results. After an agonizing weekend of waiting, my dog's condition worsened with visible blood in her urine. Concerned, I called first thing Monday morning to inquire about the results, only to be told that the vet was out of the office and couldn't provide any information, despite the results being ready. They insisted I wait until Thursday or Friday (that's 4 more days of pain for my dog) for the doctor to return! My dog was in pain, yet they had the results and refused to take any action or even provide medications. When I requested a refund so I could seek urgent care elsewhere, they callously replied that there was nothing they could do. Now, I'm forced to take my dog to another vet, redo all the tests, and incur additional costs, all because of their negligence and lack of compassion. I urge anyone considering this vet to THINK TWICE. The level of care and concern for animals' well-being here is shockingly absent.

Jul 22, 2024 · Clarissa RotundoBest Vet I have ever had, and I've had a LOT. Dr. E is so knowledgeable and truly invested in the health and happiness of all pets. His team are caring and helpful and the Hospital Mgr., Tina, is very efficient and kind! Prices are also very reasonable. Cannot more highly recommend! Wish I could give 10 stars.
Jun 20, 2024 · Thalium TeslaI've been taking my two dogs Coco and Booboo here for over 10 years. Dr. Eastham is a great doctor who always treats my dogs kindly and always comes up with a treatment plan. Taking your dog to a vet is always going to be an expensive option but it's worth it here at this clinic. I think the overall experiences I've had here with my two dogs has always ended on a positive note! Thank you for always caring and treating my babies.
Jan 13, 2022 · Valentina LopezDr Eastman is the best vet in Miami. Even before we moved to Key Biscayne we would drive out there and pay the toll just to have our dogs seen by him. He gets to know you and your hairy or scaly friend personally and he clearly cares about both of your well-being. There is a resident dog that is always ready to greet you, and a variety of cats over the years as well. He gives good advice, and stern warnings, as needed to ensure your pet has a great life. We are fortunate to have found him 12 years ago.
Jan 14, 2019 · Darin PhillipsMy pets are like children to me so finding a good vet that I can trust is of upmost importance. A few years ago I moved to the Miami area from Chicago. I was so nervous because I was leaving behind the vet I trusted and putting my pets care into a new person's hands. A friend recommended Dr. Eastman and I am so glad to say I was happy with the experience! He is very knowledgeable and displays warmth when dealing with my pets. You can tell he loves animals and really cares about them, something not all vets show as crazy as that may seem. He's seen my 3 cats and dog and all had a good experience each visit. His staff is friendly and helpful as well. I am no longer living in that area but I would not hesitate to go back if I find myself there again.
