Our precious kitties Levi & Lily just had their annual vaccines. I can honestly say they love their vet visits! Especially Lily. Always purring and making her voice heard with her meows! My husband and I have been going to BBH for 10 years plus. The professionalism and the friendliness shines through and through. Dr. Minnigan is a pure gem. Such a caring and loving human being! Thank you guys for all you do to take care of our fur babies. :))

I wanted you to know that when you disagree with a decision that this veterinary makes and ask them to reconsider that you do not agree they will personally be offended and then let you know not to return back to their office because they are not mature enough to have that sort of feedback. As a dog dad that was a customer several years ago and eventually moved on to a more professional veterinarian. It was a poor decision on their end we can be in disagreement but when you prevent my K9 from getting care you will get this 1 star because you earned it. It is my pleasure to let you know there are other vets that will consider your reasonable position and not hold it against your fur baby. Beware of mistreating your clients in the future, for now you lose one but I will have the truth be known. Hope you do better next time with the other human that comes through your place.

I recently moved to Miami, and I didn’t have a veterinarian. Of course, my dog gets pretty sick, by the second day I saw blood in her stool and I panicked. I called them hoping they could get into have my dog seen. I’m sure they could hear the panic in my voice and they were kind enough to somehow squeeze me in to get my dog seen. They were so incredibly nice from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I have found my new vet here in Miami and I am eternally grateful for them. They helped my baby to start feeling like herself again. I can’t say enough great things and I highly recommend them. 10/10 ! Thank you so much I am so grateful

Convenient location in Brickell, easy communication and appointment scheduling with staff, usually on time with appointments, not too expensive for Brickell. Spay surgery package for my 25 pound dog was around $650. (No problems from the surgery) 90-100 per visit with vet.

When I first came to BBAH, it was for a general check up on both my furbabies. I have a 2yr old female Staffie, and at that time I had a 2yr male American Shorthair cat. They were so welcoming, patient, attentive, and extremely informative. They treated my babies with very gentle love and care. I saw my cat so taken in with them, I can tell he felt safe. Dr. Tak was very sweet, open minded, and very easy to talk to. You can feel and see; the passion and love she has for animals. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. From the front desk, where I was warmly welcomed by Nahi and Julio. To the examination room down to the back of house, if that’s what you would call it. My overall experience was great. But, what took their service from great to 5+ stars. Is when unfortunately my cat passed away from a chronic condition. They took the time to purchase a card, where the whole staff wished their condolences. Something they didn’t have to do. It meant so much to me, that they displayed that amount of kindness, to a fairly new patient. Because, of that small detail of consideration and compassion; I am now staying with them permanently.
