Sep 13, 2023 · DWhat started off as a wonderful experience which we were very grateful for ended up very disappointing . The only way to book any class is via email . After trying to coordinate a time to bring my dog to a swim lesson and potentially dive for the first time , I received no email back for a date we asked for . After the second email they never officially confirmed either . But then they emailed us the next day saying we missed our appointment and we needed to send them a check for 50$ . I emailed them back saying how they never replied . If they read their own emails they would see they didn’t REPLY AND CONFIRM . With no reply AGAIN I emailed them...explaining how I felt my business wasn’t appreciated and I wanted to rectify any confusion since we had a great experience the first two times ... well almost a week later no reply and we will NEVER give them our business. It’s unfortunate since they are the only dock diving facility in the area .
