I go here at least once a week, I know and love the staff, they are so sweet and caring! Animals are all rescues, and obviously some will not be in the best condition due to them just being saved, but I've seen each and every one leave in great condition. One of my favorite rescues in the area, we appreciate you very much!

Stopped in on our way back from camping! Sherry was wonderful and showed me around to see all the residents. I wish I could have brought them all home! They were all well cared for and I could tell that they loved Sherry (there were so many happy wags when she was introducing me). I wound up making a donation and taking home a bandana for my pup so I could help support this place. Next time I'm in the area I will be sure to stop by!

I love going to the shop. When I bring my pups over for nail trims, they do an amazing job. They even can work on my tough one who doesn't like to be picked up. She talks to him and I believe she is one of the only people who can pick him up.

*Updated: I appreciate your reply but I did check the hours prior to coming. I noticed today that you are not open on Tuesdays but the day I looked I am certain it said on the phone listing that you were open. If I was mistaken, my apologies. It still doesn't mean it was OK for you to make me feel so unwelcome and unappreciated. I'm happy you're able to help local pets get placed but treating even unexpected visitors with the same kindness you show to the animals would be a good start. Some smiles and gentle words would have gone a long way toward making the whole unintentional trespass into a positive experience that would have made me want to return, advertise and support you.* Was treated very rudely by the lady who was working there. Came to drop off some sheet and blanket donations during posted business hours. The door was open and two friendly dogs pushed out when we came in. We were able to get one to come back but the lady yelled they were closed and ran out to chase the other. When she came back with him she said again that they were closed and she was busy out back and tired from chasing down the escaped dog. We apologized but told her the door was unlocked. When I mentioned we had donations she just told us to leave them out in front of the store. When I asked if I could have a slip of paper to show I'd donated something she said I couldn't have one because it wasn't a monetary donation and not worth anything. That was enough for me. I told my husband to leave the stuff in the trunk and we drove to Salvation Army in Hesperia where they ALWAYS give you a little donation slip regardless. You can deduct up to $300 of non monetary donations each year and I like to keep some proof I actually gave something. I'm afraid I have no desire to return to this shop. If I want to adopt or donate, there are friendlier and more appreciative places.

This little place fell into my heart in the most unexpected way. I never though I was a "cat-person" but my wife really wanted a cat, so we chose to adopt. Luck would have it, we were able to take in an amazing little feline, and hard-work-would-have-it, the front desk girl made the experience seamless and amazing. Believe it or not, a few months later we found out that our little cat-baby's brother was not yet adopted...a forethought from that front girl herself led her to send a message to an already very satisfied couple; and soon after we adopted him as well. For the husband that thought he wasn't a "cat-guy", well, I'm proved wrong! A special thanks for this place for making this process of adopting seamless, fulfilling, and heart-felt. I love this little shop.
