REPTILE FACTORY

Saturday March 1st around 5:40 pm I walked in with my family with the intentions of purchasing some new pets. They were not busy at all only one other family. My kids were so excited but unfortunately they didn't have what we needed. The female Associate which she didn't have a name tag so i didn't get her name but she was wearing red lipstick that i could recall. She had a very bad attitude and that is poor customer service. I knew exactly what i was shopping for and before i could proceed to explain to her what i wanted to do she walked away. When i was trying to ask more questions and also make another purchase. I walked up to her at the register to ask for a feeder rat to purchase for a snake and i tried to explain too her the size, she grabbed a rat and I told her I think it might be to big and I proceeded to explain to her the size of the snake and it's not for my pet I was making the purchase for my sibling. So she rolled her eyes and walked away and said I will need a certain type of rat. Well if you have knowledge in the business great but you do not give that type of customer service. She was not pleasant at all. I'm sure they are good associates. And I'm glad the high desert has this little pet shop. But my experience was not a good one and they lost a customer/sale. I left with the feeder rat and proceeded to petsmart where I got great customer service and was able to purchase my new pets (family member).

This place is an amazing place if you are into reptiles. A good selection of reptiles you don’t see at most places. Plus tarantulas, praying mantis, scorpions, etc. Also the items they have to feed your pets your pets will be happy. They have the typical crickets, roaches, mice rats, quail eggs, cabbage worms. Staff was very helpful, stop by and support this stop. If you stop by tell them Simon sent you.

This store is Superb! They have a beautiful selection and GREAT prices on their reptiles and supplies. Their employees are professional and friendly. I live 2 blocks from the only reptile store in Apple Valley and I will gladly drive the 10 miles to get my supplies from Reptile Factory where I will actually be greeted when I walk in the door instead of a teenager who doesn't bother looking up from their cell phone. They have better prices than Amazon and everything we need for our 9 reptiles and 1 amphibian.

Wanted to show my little one what snakes, spiders and different types of lizards look like. She was amazed at all the different animals she saw. The employee was kind enough to show us black pine snake up close. Thank you I'm very much.

Oh My God! Super super clean reptile store I have ever visited! They might be small but they carry all kind of reptiles that look super happy! I just bought 2 Pythons from them and I m so happy. Moreover, they carry all kind of feeder that you need to feed your reptiles. When I talk to the lady Nayeli and Priscilla, they are so experienced and smart, they show you how to care for all reptiles perfectly! They will succeed in reptile industry because they are worthy to have it!
