Extremely disappointed with the service. $140 for not much of a difference. It looks like he was only bathed. Hair barely seemed to be touched, there was still gunk in his eyes, nails did not look like they were clipped, beard under chin is still dirty etc. The photos below are the before photo and the after photo. We informed Nick, the general manager and he didn’t seem to care about our concerns. I even said that I could send a photo which he ignored multiple times and was insisting on sending the groomer back out to re groom him. The groomer already told me this morning that his nose was bleeding because he had anxiety. I explained that I do not want to put my dog through that again and would like to be compensated with a refund or even a partial refund but was declined because services were done. What services? We seriously paid for nothing. He said he would do everything in his power to make it right yet the only solution offered was for her to come back out and fix the job. Not going to put my dog through that again. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service.

We love The Good Dog! They always groom our 18 year old blind poodle so well! I appreciate the time and patience they put in every grooming❤️ They also have a great selection of designer Louie Vuitton leashes, clothes, and accessories for your pets!

This place is really clean. Really nice the guys there are very friendly, very knowledgeable on the products they carry. I'm feeding my dogs raw Dynamics and this is the place that put me on.

I initially wanted to make an appointment to get a mobile grooming but then I was told that they had appointment that day so I reserved that time slot instead. My experience went very smoothly. The staff was very polite and did a wonderful job by my doggo. He got a bath, nail trim with filing, and his teeth brushed. I will definitely be taking him back here for his next grooming session.

I had a great experience with my dog Jack here. He got his nails clipped along with a nice haircut. After a bad experience at PetSmart Grooming, I was nervous to ever take him back. The groomer carefully went through everything before and did a great job overall. I’m so glad they provided CBD on the spot as well! I’ll be coming back forsure.
