Horrible experience - spent 150 dollars to never receive my order. What really made me want to write a review was how rude they were when I was communicating with them to try to track down my order that was suppose to be delivered 10/01. They eventually just completely stopped responding to me all together when they had my money (my half of the deal). They seemed annoyed that I will email them weekly to try to get what I paid for. Very disappointing and will go back to buying from Panterra Pets who’s always been working regular. Will teach me for trying a new provider
Still waiting on $200 worth of mantises ordered 4 years ago for my daughter’s birthday. I’m not expecting it to show up. This is just a reminder of very poor business practices. I don’t see how this guy is still in business.
I actually think that this is a very professional business that gives you what you pay for. I have bought from usmantis 2 times, each order including objects and insects. I received all the insects in perfect condition, along with all the care products. The terrarium I bought the first time was very nice and kept my mantis perfectly. Just today I received my order of gigantea stick bugs and couldn’t be happier! I have never sent an email to the store owner, but I have gotten shipment updates through email. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SHIPPING OPTION YOU CHOOSE IS A CRUCIAL PART IN HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE, ALIVE OR DEAD!! I have gotten everything in a timely manner, alive and well. I don’t know where the negative reviews came from because I’ve had a completely opposite experience.
Had a good experience with Craig in ordering my new Spiny Flower mantis & fruit fly culture. I live locally so I was able to pick the order up. This is my second order with this company. The first was through ebay for ooths. I haven't had any issues. Response time was fast, even during the holiday season. I will continue to support this local small business. Thanks again Craig!
Absolutely horrible. Was slow to ship, and to respond to my emails about the delayed shipping. Told me it would go out the next day, it didn't go out for over a week later, and it took me emailing them multiple times- including the last couple emails when I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION AND REFUND, which they IGNORED and sent me the products anyway. The blue bottle spikes arrived completely dead. I sent an email requesting that if they're going to send me stuff I no longer want anyway, give me a refund for the flies which arrived dead, which they ignored. They do not care about the customers time or satisfaction, they only care about your money. Don't use them
