The Serpentarium

Lovely staff. Paco has always been very helpful and patient. The live plants aren’t very good and excessively expensive, buy them somewhere else. Crickets are out of stock quite often. But they are do have tons of alternatives. Wish they had more amphibians, salamanders, etc. Pictured is Chubster the electric Pac-Man frog.

The staff was very helpful to my son as he was getting his first leopard gecko. They answered all his questions and gave tips to help him. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a first-time reptile, or if you need supplies, they have that as well. Thanks again! Here's a photo of his new friend they sold us.

The staff were friendly. The store itself is not very clean, almost an open warehouse style with things in the floor and stacked against the walls. Feeders looked to be smashed together in ziplocs and I didn't feel safe giving my pet feeders of that quality. Many of the snakes are kept in enclosures way too small for them, with massive unsecure hides and too small water bowls. The lighting and insulation of the tanks also looked concerning. Would not trust them to board my pet or perform any health treatments. I don't trust any of the hides or enclosure supplies not to be contaminated with something based on what I saw. It looks like the store used to be different, maybe it used to be better...who knows... Edit: I am not trying to harm anything or anyone, I apologize if it came off that way. I visited recently and am simply expressing the experience I had exploring the store and that I did not feel comfortable personally getting anything because of the setup of the store and what I mentioned above. People have a right to know personal experiences at the store, that's what reviews are.

Staff are super warm, friendly, and helpful! Walked in today, observed some very inquisitive children have all their questions answered very patiently by the kind staff. You can tell that the people who work here are truly passionate about reptiles. Highly recommended, looking forward to getting my first sand boa here soon!
