Brought my 2 unrully dogs in for grooming, and the staff was really friendly and helpful getting them in and calmed down. Liz contacted me to let me know that shaving would be necessary, and I asked to make it fun, GIVE HIM THE LION CUT. Liz did not disappoint. Did a great job with both dogs. Most importantly, both seemed to be very well treated and comfortable/safe with Liz. Don't groom often but will be back.

Just had the Best Experience at Pet Supply plus all because of Drew and Kaylee!! I had a dog at home and he was misbehaving a lot and he was acting different around the other dogs and they gave me the Best advice! Not only that I brought in my puppy London and she was having the roughest day and the girls were amazing! They were extremely professional and answered all my questions and even an employee named Thomas was super helpful! They looked up things on their phone to make sure we had the correct ingredients to the puppy food. London ended up not liking the oatmeal lamb and they were so kind to fix it so we go her a bag that she did like. I will def be back! It’s so great to see a company hire employees that work so well together and all work as a team! Whoever hired the 3 of them needs a raise! What a great team! It’s nice to go somewhere and see the employees love their job.. London an dj will be back and I’m def telling my friends

When I had dogs I could always count on Pet Supplies Plus for having my dog’s favorite food. Today we were looking for wild bird seed and walked out of the store empty handed. I was disappointed.

Always love Pet Supplies Plus. Their DIY dog washing station is a HUGE winner. Saves so much time with every bath. Great prices both with their supplies, food, and washes. All of the employees are typically very helpful too. Always in and out of here fast. Unless I'm bathing my Great Pyrenees....then I'm there for a while drying him.

Paid $15 for a dog washing bay that had no access to hot water. The entire point of paying was to have warm water. The hot water lever was broken and could not be turned without pliers. When shared with an associate, she stated "the water would get warm". Sorry excuse for a dog washing station at $15. Would not return.
