Not a very pleasant experience. Animal enclosures are filthy and the gray parrot was shaking so bad. Animal feces on the floor that you pretty much have to walk in. This was not the way I expected a pet shop to be.

A good friend of mine knew I wanted a boa. He sent me to jeff and I got to see so many snakes and other animals. He literally took a full size suriname boa out and let me hold this monster size snake which was terrifying until I realized I wasn't dinner haha I'm glad I visited the shop and met the staff and jeff though. He took me to see his collection to help me decide and pick the perfect boa. Uncle bills and local pet stores are nothing like this place. It was better than a reptile show as I got to experience first hand these beautiful species and he made sure I was taken care of as well as being understanding to my lack of knowledge in things. Never had I gotten to experience so much before making my decision to purchase from him. He showed me history of the breed and the parents which is what means alot to me as I want info in anything I invest in. Great folks to talk to and help understand what you're getting involved in. Great experience and satisfaction. Priceless I left with a beautiful baby bci hypo female boa. I recommend this place for any enthusiasts that are serious about their next purchase in a pet!

If you're in the market for exotic,I bet they have it. Owners are supper knowledgeable and friendly. Have already recommended to three different people in the last 2 weeks.

The lady at the pet store was awesome. She took the time to find me a snake in my price range, and held it for a month until I picked it up. She answered all of our questions on how to set up the tank. I will purchase my next pet store creature from her store.

Stopped by this amazing pet store to see what it was all about and took a tour of the place!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on everything they had. They have much love and care in every animal there!! Even got to hold a snake and a tarantula and conquer a bit of a fear of them. Great place to visit and get your exotic accessories and even an exotic baby if that is what you desire. Ask for Tina, she knows it all!!
