My first visit to purchase the tank for my bearded dragon wasn't that great. Two guys working no one offered help and I spend over $200. My second trip a great young lady, blonde hair helped me. She was phenomenal and helped me with the purchase of the bearded dragon and the extras I needed. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Took my dog to get groomed there, mind you we’ve been going there for almost two years and have always been told how sweet she is. Go every month for a bath and nail trim. Get a call to come pick up my dog to be told she was too violent to trim her nails and that she got loose in the grooming area and they were in fear for their safety. I thought how odd she’s never even growled at anyone and they said she didn’t growl or anything just got loose and it scared them… ok. They then told me not to bring her back unless it was for a simple bath cause she was going to hurt someone. I was like that’s really weird cause she’s always been fine with the other groomers. I get my dog back and she’s soaking wet and absolutely terrified and tries to run away from everyone which is NOT normal. Get her home and notice she’s limping super bad only to find the groomer (Ashley) freaking cut my poor dog’s back nails past the quick and were too sensitive to walk on properly. Not to mention my dog has been whimpering in pain since last night when I picked her up. I am absolutely furious! My dog is traumatized and I don’t know what they did but they’ve severely hurt my dog and now she’s hiding around the house.

We took our senior dog in for a walk in nail trimming/buff. Our dog is typically very skiddish when it comes to overall nail care. And they did exactly what we asked and then some! He did absolutely fantastic! The lady was phenomenal and his nails have never looked better! Not to mention the prices are very competitive and they had everything additional we were looking for! 10/10 will be back!!

Our 70-pound Giant Schnauzer "lost her mind!" I think she had more fun inside Petco than a trip to the park. We had a difficult time tearing her away from the rodents' section. We apologize for the drool....
