We hired Cris, and the service and quality of work was terrible. We hired him for a fish tank plumbing leak issue, and it was the biggest mistake we made. The first service work he did was done incorrectly, and the second service he did caused water damage to our home in the course of trying to fix his mistake. After the second service, we soon noticed it still was not done correctly. During this process we texted, called, left voice messages, and no response. He had 3 occurrences of excuses over the course one after another. We had told him this needed to be fixed immediately prior to a trip we had planned, and we did not want to leave the fish tank in this condition with nobody home and possibly cause more flooding to our home. We finally gave up and had to hire someone else to do the job correctly because Cris would not respond to us. I would not recommend his services or quality of work to anyone. It was a terrible service experience. We had to rewrite this, and post it again, because we noticed our first review was taken off.

I feel bad for whoever missed out on the discount today! Just picked up some beautiful clownfish and hammers! We love supporting local shops, and this one makes it more than worth it!

I have shopped a few times at Reef Lab. Cris has a huge wealth of knowledge and is an avid aquarium enthusiast. I have bought fish as well as decor from Reef Lab and all have been amazing. In this hobby, you can often find fish that get sick or struggle when added to new environments. Nothing from Reef lab has had any issue whatsoever. The animals are extremely healthy and hardy. I have bout 4 Discus and 1 Albino pleco, all in amazing condition. When I begin my saltwater Journey Cris will be my first and most likely only stop. This is a must-go shop for anyone with an aquarium.

Very accomodating. Very knowledgeable with all the fish and the corals they have. Won’t sell you the fish unless your tank is sure to be liveable (they check ammonia levels) They have multiple types of clownfish, tang, goby, gramma, and even pufferfish. They have reasonable prices. If you want to get a saltwater tank set up, definitely check these guys out!!!

drove outta my way to see a new shop, never opened during the posted hours. Always the same coral & sick fish every time I go. Just stay visiting for the manager maya but I guess she told me she left because of toxic owner
