Very nice store. Was in the area picking up saltwater frags so stopped in. Great friendly service in the fish department. Great job to the hiring manager finding the gentleman with tattoos on the side of his head and the young lady cleaning the tanks at the time of my visit. Both kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get some great saltwater fish. Thank you Fish Department Duo. You two Rock!!

I just need to mention what a fantastic grooming job Xochilt did on both of my dogs. They’ve been to a lot of different groomers and I can honestly tell you they don’t come close to her skills. She captured the best and most comfortable cut for my weepy eyed Chip and left my Maisie’s signature look in tact. My dogs travel a lot with us in our RV and exposed to lots of different environments and gave my dogs the best haircuts for this. Bravo to her. Too bad I live two hours away or I’d have her as my regular groomer.

My husband visited the MH VetCo location this afternoon to consult with the staff (no appointment) about the recent apperance of blood in our dog's stool. He was informed VetCo at this location would be closed for 1-2 months. A complete shut-down of our local clinic should have been handled with more transparency to its patients. We have been clients of MH VetCo, exclusively, over the last two years because of its convenience and the sweet and generous staff. We are deeply disappointed in discovering there is no option for consultation or appointment at our local clinic for the forseable future. In addition to having an ill dog, we have another that will require heartworm medication this month. Unexpectedly, we now need to find a new provider for 3 fur babies - and that is not an easy feat. I appreciate VetCo has locations in other areas, and we may entertain them if we don't move to a local clinic with better full time and/or locums coverage, but to learn this by surprise, in a time of worry over our dog's health, is incredibly disappointing.

The vet tech that assisted me through my whole appointment was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had. The vet was just as nice and helpful. My experience was a great one.

I went to buy some live crickets today. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. He gave me some tips on how to keep the crickets alive a little longer and some tips on the care of my grandson's bearded dragon. I didn't get his name but he's a handsome guy with long dark hair who grew up in Australia. Great hire petco!
