So happy with our experience!! Me and my fiance came to meet a chihuahua and left with another family member. Olivia was super helpful and even stayed late to make this happen for both us and our new furry pup! 10000000% happy with this place and so will you be!

Been to Puppy Dreams many times facility is always clean and puppies in amazing health and clean! Came here to find a puppy for my kids and wife and found our perfect match. staff member Olivia helped us throughout the entire process and did a remarkable job.

This is an incredible experience of what made my daughter’s Valentines Day! We shopped at several puppy stores and several Puppy Dreams in different areas. My daughter found a puppy at a store close to our home. We went many times and decided Cookie was the one! No one at the store really helped us the way Ali did in Arlington. They didn’t acknowledge us several times and we felt very uncomfortable there. I called Ali on Valentines Day and she worked so fast finding me the options I needed to purchase Cookie. After work I drove to her store and she took such wonderful, exceptional care of us, above what I’ve ever experienced. She went to pick up Cookie from the other store and brought Cookie to my daughter’s hands to her surprise! She did this in time before they closed. I cannot say enough words to express how grateful we are that Ali truly made our Valentines Day Perfect. Ali was very caring, she knew the business and treated us with the greatest perfection! Also note that when we met Loli at Carrollton she was a great salesperson. 😊 Thank you Ali So much for everything! ❤️

Just adopted the sweetest mini poodle!! Thank you to Steven for helping us out so much with everything! He was highly knowledgeable & really cares about the puppies! Highly recommend coming to puppy dreams if you're looking for a sweet purebread baby!
