I’ve gotten 3 of my dogs here, the girls are very welcoming. When I went in the first time it was just to look around because I just lost my dog. I fell in love with a morkie, I wasn’t sure if it was the right decision at the time so I sat and played with him for a little while. There was no pressure to purchase, I said I’d call the next day to see if he was still available and he was. I brought him home. All 3 times I’ve bought a puppy the girls answered all of my questions. The stalls are very clean, puppies are well taken care of, and they are happy. I’m so glad I decided to get my dogs from them♥️

We bought a puppy who not only had fleas AND kennel cough, but also a genetic condition. Place needs to be shut down, they don't rep their backyard breeders, and are unable to keep their puppies safe from potentially deadly infections. Edit to reply to owner's message: I am aware of what I signed. I never attempted, nor am I currently trying to, return the puppy. Its obvious hes better off in my care so why on earth would I return him? BTW, the puppy lemon law stands regardless of any contracts you have your customers sign, just an FYI. In regards to the fleas - obviously not every customer is going to leave a review or bother mentioning that your business is responsible for a flea infestation. Truth of the matter is, if a customer has exposure to other animals, they wouldn't be able to pinpoint your business as the culprit anyway. In my case, the fleas were found the next day, without any exposure to other animals. So obviously they came from your business.

We love our little Amber so much. She immediately became part of the family. Everyone at Playful Pets was so friendly, thorough and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had an amazing experience here from start to finish. I wanted to get my daughter a puppy to grow with, and I happened to stumble across a picture of this sweet golden at Playful Pets. I called the pet store and they were very informative. I actually called them like 5x back to back with more questions each time. I let the staff know I was interested and lived out of state but could be there within two hours. Once we got there we were welcomed in and got to play with the golden right away. I had my tired two year old with me so it made for some struggles as she was being a bit difficult. The staff was amazing and took their time answering all my questions as well as walking me through what I needed to do to get this cute boy home with us. We welcomed our Golden Retriever home about a month and a half ago and he is the sweetest boy ever! Milo (who was previously named Gambino) and my toddler are seriously best buddies! He was chipped and also up to date on all shots. I truly had an amazing experience here and I see us returning in the future! To all the staff - thank you so much, Milo (Gambino) is loving his life and is spoiled like you wouldn't believe!

From start to finish this place was amazing! We found this place through a Google search and glad we did. We were looking for a new addition to our family and had a certain dog breed in mind. When we went onto their website we immediately saw our dog, it was love at first site . We e-mailed them in which they responded quickly and set up a appointment. Upon entering the establishment you could already tell these puppies are extremely well taken care of. We were not even aloud to enter without sanitizing our hands to see the puppies. The girls working that day were extremely nice, knowledgeable and gave us all the time we needed to bond with the puppy we were interested in. They made the whole buying process very easy and explained all the paperwork as well as the background of the puppy. We brought the puppy to the vet during the recommended time frame and also for follow-up booster shots and our puppy has a clean bill of health. He is thriving and doing amazing in his environment and we could not be more thankful for coming across playful pets. We already recommended them to family and friends and still follow their page on Facebook to see all the beautiful puppies. We had a passing of our old dog and the kids were very sad, they were able to spend one on one time with the puppy, loved all the pups in the place and even the kitty. Such a well kept open place. I couldn't speak better of there time and attention especially as my husband was having a tough time. They gave all the time we needed.
