Great pet shop! The staff are always friendly and super willing to help customers. The selection is good. They have a nice variety of fish and reptiles. The cat section isn't as big as some other stores, but they have some awesome toys that are my cat's favorite.

Nice guy behind the counter , friendly and knowledgeable. Picked up a little bit of everything for an aquarium ... from sand and live plants to a nice hood light assy ... will definitely be my go to place from now on .

Very Helpful For Employees who were extremely polite and understanding of my family and I needing to do a little more research on some things and come back to buy something. Also extemely informative no question sounds stupid to them , they totally get it if your a beginner or new pet owner. Highly Reccomend!!

Very kind and helpful staff. I did a lot of research before my purchase but they were experienced enough to fill the gaps in my knowledge. Great selection of supplies for reptiles and amphibians. I never asked, but it seems like they source their animals from reputable breeders and treat them well while they're for sale. My White's Tree Frogs, which I got as froglets, are now fully grown and have never had any health issues.

UPDATE: They honored their refund policy since I called within 48 hours provided a clean sample of water they refunded the cost of the dead fish in store credit. I do appreciate that. They were communicative over instagram and made good on the issue. The stock in this store may be hit or miss but with a clean water sample you can get store credit ORIGINAL: I made a fairly sizable purchase of fish and neocardinia shrimp from this shop and it was an awful experience. I have never had such mortality from purchasing fish and I have purchased hundreds of fish. 6 panda cory's: the netting was rough some fish appeared to be severely stressed and three died over a couple days. The staff member who caught fish was standoffish and had a short fuse. 2 of 5 shrimp died off without apparent reason. 1 of 5 celestial pearl danios got a white patch and is barely hanging on. I don't know how everything is so sick, and it is heartbreaking to watch. Tried to go through the refund process and they were closed early on Monday (was snowy though). I will try contacting to see if they will be willing to extend their dead within 48 hours policy.
