We just loved our experience at Petland. We had no intention of leaving with a puppy that day and we left with 2. One for us and one for our daughter. This is our new baby Gracie Anne. She is named after Gracie oneof the workers there. She was very sweet and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team there that helped us with joy back in our hearts!!

We found the cutest dog, for the perfect price, and they literally included EVERYTHING with him. not only do you get a guarantee of the dogs, health and pedigree and all of their information updated including vaccinations you literally get to shop the entire store and take home anything and everything you could possibly need with your baby on the same day. We have not even planned on making a trip to Petco. We’re set for the next two months. Thank you so much Petland Webster. Mateo Was the best most accommodating salesman and did a great job.

Gracie was amazing at helping find our forever dog! today we came to look around, we have been interested in getting a dog ever since last february so over a year now but we just hadn’t come across any puppy that felt right. today we asked to play with a beautiful female golden retriever, we immediately knew she was the one for us. Gracie gave us such amazing information about her and we continued to just fall more in love with her, so Gracie helped us be able to take her home today and she did the most awesome job at doing so. you can tell that she genuinely LOVES her job and loves these puppies, truly cares about their well being and loves getting to see them find their forever homes. Thank you so so much for all of your help. i HIGHLY recommend this place for future first time dog parents!! (also we decided on her name, her name is Bambi!!!)

I want to thank the team at Petland, especially the young lady and Mateo, for their exceptional service. We visited late, and they were so patient and kind with our baby and 8-year-old. The young lady was friendly and engaging, and Mateo made the experience even more enjoyable. Henry is now part of our family, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

WOW! Had a great experience buying my Shih Tzu with Mateo and Avi! They were so excellent and spent a lot of time explaining how the dogs weren’t from a puppy meal and they’re so well socialized and taken care of. It really made me feel good about buying a dog for a pet store instead of a breeder. I would 100% recommend anybody coming here to get any services, but especially to buy a new Little friend to love. We also really enjoyed the fact that each dog comes with an amazing package for training and anything you could possibly need for your new dog. Thanks Petland!
