Pet Supplies Plus Clear Lake

First off let me start this by stating I prefer to shop my local stores and businesses to show support. In the past 3 months your store has not been able to get Taste of the Wild Smoked Salmon with Ancient Grains 28#. I've had to go to chewy to get the food and since I get free shipping from them, I've added my other items like cases of Pro Plan Sport, toys, and chews. I've brought this up a few times to management to no avail. I'd like to support yall, but I'm not going to multi source my dogs needs.

My dog and I had an amazing time with Ms. Jennifer on Saturday! We both learn something and also strengthen our bonds between the owner and the dog by teaching the basics, learning to communicate and understanding your dog, and teaching your dog manners around humans and other animals. Ms. Jennifer was so informative and very relatable. Pet supplies plus hired a wonderful gem of a trainer, it worth every cent! I highly recommend it!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first time coming to this location. I let them punch my ticket and the girl tried to sell me on buying five more baths. Luckily, I told her I would wait until I needed another one. Because I didn’t find out until I started bathing my dog that they had no hot water. One of the girls said, she would let the manager know, but the manager must have not cared because never even seen the manager. Didn’t even let me know when the hot water would be fixed so I would know when to come back. Guess they didn’t want me to come back. Went to blow the dog off and the blowers weren’t even turned on, so I had to get somebody to turn those on. All it would’ve taken was an acknowledgment from the manager and let me know when I could come back and they would have hot water. The only reason they got two stars is because the girl in the grooming section apologized. Seem like they got good staff just need a new manager. There is another location, not far from here and it’s a very nice location. Take your dog there and avoid this place.

I have been in here several times, and all the people in here are super nice. However Kaylen always stands out and goes above and beyond to help where ever she can. Her knowledge on the animals and the products is amazing !!
