Jahim was great showing us Rosie. We love this place, not quite ready to buy yet but will be when our oldest passes away so getting ready for it so figuring out a breed. Great place with great puppies!

We've found 3 dogs avaliable online & call/online inquiry before making the 2.5-hour trip. Phones are left unanswered, and messages returned several days later. When contact is made it's always, "sorry that ___ went to their forever home yesterday or weeks ago." We've known if there was a returned calls/inquire in a timely manner or simply update the site. We are glad we didn't waste the gas & money traveling on a hope and prayer though.

I recently purchased a French Bulldog puppy from Petland, and while I was excited to bring my new pet home, I was extremely disappointed to learn—after the fact—that he had already been neutered. At no point during the purchasing process was this information disclosed to me, which is something I believe any responsible pet store should be upfront about. Neutering is a major decision for any pet owner, and I should have been given all the necessary details to make an informed choice. Instead, I only found out after taking my puppy home, which felt misleading and unfair. When buying a pet, transparency is key, and unfortunately, my experience with Petland fell short in this regard. I urge Petland to improve their communication with customers and ensure that all essential health and medical details—including whether a pet is spayed or neutered—are clearly disclosed before purchase. I love my puppy, but I would have appreciated the the honesty upfront.

I had an amazing experience I got to hold dogs best day ever but my sister tapped in the glass cage that the dog was in to get its attention and a rude lady wearing green (a worker) ducked down behind and waved “no” in the rudest way possible she was actually not caring at all. And if tapping on the glass which my sister barely did was not aloud they would put up a sign or sticker to not do that or else everyone can barely tap on the glass which my sister barely did. Just rude to whoever did that. But as a result the dogs were amazing very out of price I have a goodon retriever and he costed $1700 and that was normal but the dogs there where 3k-4k white is kinda insane. But it was amazing but the smell of the place was not pleasant. Anyways more good than bad but that lady should be fired.
