Petland Katy

We just picked up our little cavapoo, Birdie, from Petland Katy. The staff is well informed and helpful in answering our questions. The team is very careful with their little puppies had us wait a couple days until our little one gained and maintained another ounce. They also do a thorough vetting process of their breeders which helped us to get comfortable going this route. It was a good experience and they had a lot of super cute puppies and personalities to choose from.

The staff were amazing! Sarah tried what she could to help my sister get a sweet puppy, it just didn't work out, unfortunately. But Sarah offered some comfort in her busyness. Thanks Sarah! They have good treats as well!

Never buying a dog from petland ever again. I love our sweet puppy that we got however I had to take him to the emergency vet the next day because he started to poop blood And throw up. Turns out he has worms. I feel for the price that I paid they should definitely do exams before releasing pets. Vet said most likely, the other puppies that were in the same cage as the one I got are most likely Carrying The same worms as well.

Clarity and integrity are everything before I visit the actual business. I was researching places to buy a puppy. Went to Petland's website and wondered why there were no prices on the puppies? Until I read the reviews, now I know! People need to understand why places like this do not establish prices for people to see beforehand!

This is the best service I’ve ever received in my life. I got my miniature schnauzer and I’ve secure a new companion. They offer great customer service, very attentive, and answers all of your concerns. I will be coming back when I need another dog. Thanks pet land and Derrick the employee who serviced me!
