This has become our one stop full service spot for all things fur baby related. I love the variety of dog food available from kibble to fresh food. But my absolute favourite thing is the self wash station with apron, towels, hypoallergengic wash and even dog treats avaialble. To top it off the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my furbaby loves going there for his spa day.

Seems like a very nice, clean and organized store. I scheduled an appointment for grooming and this review is based on that experience. When I schedule an appointment the intent is to receive service around that scheduled time and not have a 4 hour range. It is an appointment scheduled for grooming not an appointment scheduled to drop of my dog and wait 4 hours. If that is the case then there needs to be a better job done in relation to grooming and forecasting time slots…….understanding things may take a little longer.

Just took our dog to the groomer here and they did a great job. Fran, the groomer, was super professional and very caring. I feel she went above and beyond to make our first visit excellent.

Very clean and spacious store. They have wide range of treats and dog foods from high quality brands. There is also dog grooming/dental clean/ dog bath ($10/each). Staffs are very welcoming and helpful while we shop. This will definitely be my go to pet store from now on.

Very clean store. Friendly staff and nice location. I was in search for something and found it there. My only complaint is the product I was interested in, seemed to be of lower quality and the price didnt match accordingly. My experience wasnt bad at all hence the 4 star review. They had no line, staff eager to help and an overall great vibe. They had a HUGE selection and I would go here over a big name store anyday... and plan to. Aquariums were clean, fish were happy and well monitored. The fish accessory department was insane. They have everything... Lastly, I met two handsome gentlemen while I was there. One named Sir Charles if my memory serves me correct. A pushed-in face handsome blue eyed baby ready for adoption. Check this store out even if you dont buy anything that day. You'll be back!
