The staff is super friendly and helpful which makes up for the tired store. Also, it's not as well organized as it could be. The place needs refreshing. The employees deserve a huge raise and promotion!

I recently purchased instinct raw boost dry cat food and was disappointed to find bugs in the product. Additionally, the food was moist with a foul odor , which was unexpected and concerning. I hope this feedback helps address these quality issues!

If I could give negative stars I would! We drove to this store because on their website it says their Vetco is open until 9PM. The sign is B.S. the doctor left before 5PM. The tech was condescending and acted like a complete witch with a Capitol B. I definitely can not recomend this store. Here is the receipts straight from their website!

I have been sick for days and had to go get my baby’s food. So since her nail cut and teeth cleaning have been past due, I was delighted to see the lights were still open at the salon. However, I experienced a devastating encounter with the lady there. She was rude in telling me that they don’t have the rabies cert so I was trying to find it from my phone. She had her hands on her hips and was talking to me in a rude way. Another customer came, and she talked to him so nicely. So I commented that she can be nice. She right away said that my baby is banned from that branch because I was argumentative and rude. How can I when my blood pressure is so high and I have a headache speaking to her. I told her I was showing you my phone and she said they have nothing to do with that. My baby does not have the cert and I was rude. She was the rude one talking to me in a condescending and discriminatory way. i spoke to Christian and he said unfortunately she is the salon manager. So managers have the right to be discriminatory towards customers. I was trying to call out vet, but it was past 5 PM. Do managers have that air to be rude and then revert it back to me? It is so sad that my baby is being banned from this branch because of discrimination. I would have understood it, I get it. My baby needs the certification. Maybe I must have forgotten l, but she telling me with her hands on her hips and her face and tone were so irritated and condescending towards me. It is so sad…

I bought a hermit crab for my godson here today. Savannah helped us out. She was so very patient with us, took the time to make our experience special, and had such an awesome attitude. She blessed our day.
