Petland Hoffman Estates

Laurentio was very helpful in picking out our first pet bunny! He was very informative about the beat products to use and diet for the bunny. His hard work shouldn’t go unnoticed! We love our bunny and the great care and attention they give to their pets. I’ve called several times for some info on vaccine records or when it’s a good time to get their nails clipped. We appreciate your hard work everybody! Thank you!!

I can’t even tell you how nice this experience was! The place was so nicely kept and you could tell their animals were loved and cared for. This one young lady who worked there was so nice to my kids and answered all their questions. She even let them hold several different animals, she was a very nice person and definitely should be recognized for being so kind and patient.

I've been a customer since they've opened the hoffman estate's location and in a life dish club member I bought my fluval, 207 filter, about two years ago i was doing a water change the other day on my tank. I went to go, restart the filter. I went to go use the plunger on top and it wasn't working so I drove up to the store only to be told by the kid at customer service that they don't do returns there anymore, I have to reach out to fluval, and send in my receipt. Then they send you a new filter 7-10 days later, that doesn't help me in the meantime, they couldn't do nothing for me. They can kiss off

They have the cutest animals my daughter loves the ferrets bunny’s and birds there. And we also got some ferrets of ares I hate the smell but it is what it is she still loves visiting the ferrets there we also have a cat and on of the bunny’s looks like her hoping to go back there soon

First time I have visited this place with my kid, I love this Petland because they have such a wide variety of pets and pet supplies. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful!" You have good free parking here. This complex is very big. Inside you can spend 2 hours, if you pet lover you can visit this place.
