We booked a grooming appointment and made huge a trip here but the people here refused to take our dog. And they didn’t even call or text us. Horrible experience. Staff is also very unfriendly

I only have an issue with the employees. It’s not the first time I’ve found dead fish in their tanks. They show no concern when I bring it up to them. I’ve only seen one employee that is friendly. The others you can tell they don’t want to be bothered and when I have approached them, they’ve let me know that with their attitude and downright frown on their face. Of course they also tell me that they aren’t in charge of the fish department. It’s always someone else that conveniently is never there when I’m there.

Jazlyn (Jaz) groomed my miniature schnauzer, and it was hands down the WORST haircut my dog has ever received. My schnauzer now has NO BEARD or EYEBROWS, completely ruining his signature look, and yet somehow, his ear hair was left long and untrimmed! To make matters even worse, when I arrived to pick him up, the grooming area was completely unattended—even though they called me just 15 minutes earlier to say he was ready. This kind of negligence is especially infuriating considering it’s his BIRTHDAY on 8/19. To say I’m furious and disappointed with this service would be an understatement. I trusted Petco with my dog, and they failed miserably. I strongly advise others to be cautious with this Petco grooming service. Without fail, everytime I visit this location, there is an employee Adam who is extremely rude, and has his headphones in while dealing with customers. I find it very disrespectful. Not to mention a starving underweight ball python with stuck shed. Very sad.
