What a disappointment! This is the second time I've come here to get my dog's hair cut. The first time they cut her head badly and today was a complete disappointment!!! I showed the groomer a photo so he could take into account what I wanted my dog ​​to look like and it was totally the opposite, they cut off all her hair, nothing even close to what I had asked for and they almost left her bald! Horrible service. I had a lot of anxiety and at the same time expectations with this appointment but it was a total disappointment. I'm attaching the example photo that the groomer even took to take into account for what the hell! And I'm attaching the photo of my dog, a real horror. When we got home she was growling at herself in front of the mirror because she didn't even recognize herself! Don't bring your pets to this place for grooming.

I really like this store, the selection is abundant, the products I'm there for are within arms reach and they are centrally located and friendly, the 4 stars I gave them is because some the fish that are for sale are in tanks too dirty to see them and because it was extremely hard to find someone to help me when I did need it... update. I think they have changed managers because some of the people that work here are rude but the manager is very nice and knowledgeable.

Liz was beyond helpful during my last visit with Tucker. We were shopping for a jacket and had a hard time finding a good fit. She made good recommendations and also helped me find some new treats that fit Tuckers allergy needs! Liz was super kind and made an ordinary chore feel fun. Thanks Liz!!

We have been using Petco for their grooming services for a few years now. This was our first time coming to this location and I am very pleased! Scheduling online was hassle-free. The staff at the checkout when I walked in was friendly and directed me back to the grooming area. They did a quick physical exam of my dog to make sure there were no issues before double checking exactly how I wanted her groomed. Alison did an excellent job- my dog looked exactly as I had hoped she would afterward. She smelled great, and she was very happy when they brought her back out to me! I will absolutely come here again!

I spoke to a groomer named Davien or Tavien on the phone on Wednesday. I clearly told him I had a CAT that needed her claws trimmed. I had her in that vet before and they took good care of us. This time, however, was a different story. I called and spoke with the same guy today to make sure I could bring her in. He gave us the green light. I put my cat in her carrier and proceeded to the Petco. Once I arrived, the intake lady said they don't do cats. I told her I spoke to davien on the phone. He was trimming a dog while she was asking him and he clearly said no we don't do cats. Why would he tell me they do cats on the phone if they don't do them? Davien or Tavien.. whatever your name is, my man, you gotta lay off the vape pen and make sure you're giving customers correct information before they stress their pets and bring them down for no reason. I really don't appreciate having my pet stressed out because I was given false information over the phone. For the Petco suits reading this: Please retrain all of your employees in grooming/vet clinics in making sure proper information is being conveyed to customers before they stress their pets and bring them down to locations for no reason. Also, you may want to imply drug tests if not already. Furthermore, it's probably a good idea to outfit ALL your locations with both dog AND cat groomers. It will make your business model much more competitive and convenient.
