Petco why are your employees so unprofessional?! If you provide professional services then provide that service. Or is this the way brown skinned people are treated. Grooming cost me between $80-$100! We didnt even get the last groomer we requested. She was good! Now we have this chop job on our dog. Why are your groomers condescending at the end of their service. I dont have time to stand around and complain about this crappy hair cut. It should have been done the correct way in the first place. I didnt see any other caucasion dog owners with crappy hair cuts.

We've been taking basic obedience with our two rescues (2 & 3yrs) with Eden and he has been so helpful with his tips and advice! Everyone is friendly here and, of course, with every class, we have to buy something!-- but it's all met expectations. There's so much variety of everything.

so I’ve got to say. Massive props to Bella. her communications skills on the phone and the fact that she was so nice and actually search for a product for me. Specifically this day and age you do not see Customer Service like that anymore. She went above and beyond. Even though they did not have my product. I wanted to leave this review as she made a positive impact on my crappy day. Thanks girl

We used to bring our doggy here up until 2 years ago. They used to groom her with no issues. One day we got a bad attitude from one of the groomers so we stopped coming to this Petco and moved on. The groomer we were using closed down so we brought our doggie here again. As soon as I came in the lady started saying that other groomers had warned her about my pet nipping. If she did no one ever told us and the other place we have been using never complained about the same. The groomer told us that our dog was referred elsewhere which was not true because we stopped going at this Petco due to the bad attitude. Then the groomer mentioned they were closing early and asked if the dogs legs needed grooming too, and if they did not have enough time would I like to reschedule. It seems to me the plan was to reschedule the appointment after all. They took her in and then five minutes later they call me about how she tried to nip the groomer. The groomer then tells me she would like to leave my dog in the cage for fifteen minutes before trying again. Fifteen minutes later she calls me back and says they have to reschedule because when she tried to take her out of the cage my dog tried to warn her. Never in the history of our doggy going to Petco did we ever get a complaint about her. The same was true for the other groomers as well. So needless to say I will not bring her here ever again. This was a complete waste of my time.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why anyone would take their dog here to be groomed. No appointments. You have to bring your dog in early, and then your poor pooch gets to sit in a cage for hours because they are so disorganized and unprofessional that they can’t manage a schedule. Imagine if that’s what you had to go thru every time you got a haircut!?! Our mobile groomer is not much more expensive, comes right to the house, and our dogs are groomed immediately and back in the house within 45 minutes. Shame on you, Petco. We tried you twice, and there will not be a third!
