Worst service ever. Don’t recommend grooming at this location. We dropped our Golden doodle today for a haircut. We specifically mentioned not to shave his hair, just to cut them and trim it. But they shaved him completely. He doesn’t look like our dog now. The guy in the grooming front desk got all the details when we dropped off but he did not do the grooming, it was different person. She doesn’t know what exactly to do just shaved completely including the face. It’s so irresponsible. No courtesy to call and inform about the shaving if they find any matted hair. Our dog is in trauma now. We are so unhappy and trying to overcome from this situation. We planned for a maternity photoshoot with our dog but now we had to cancel it because of this situation. Attached pictures below Before and after. To save time, they just shaving the whole hair instead of proper grooming.

This location is an absolute disaster! Every time I’ve come into this place it is filled with pallets of shrink wrapped food in the aisles. Then the smaller aisles are all crowed with carts full of merchandise. They are never stocked but yet have tons of pallets and carts throughout the store just waiting to be put away. It is impossible to walk let alone shop in this store. While this location is the most convenient for me, I will no longer be coming here and shopping elsewhere. Week after week I’ve tried to give this location a chance and nothing has changed. I got out of my way another 10 miles to another location to get my pet’s needs. The manager and staff at this location need to rethink their presence here and the community they serve. The store is atrocious and there is no pride in their service.

I didn't think one big box store would be any better than another, but I'm finding that's not the case. I don't want to demean PetSmart. I shop there and it is closer to me. But there are things I can get at Petco that I cannot get at PetSmart, and I have also been particularly impressed with the warmth and helpfulness of their staff. And their trainer, who was unable to take on my dog because Petco does not allow her to train dogs which are on certain types of medication, told me how to do the training myself that she would have done if she could have. She didn't have to do that.

I called to find their truck delivery day so I purposefully came a few days after and the store looked great. The dog food and aquatics supplies I needed were organized and nothing like the other reviews. I found expert knowledge with the animal care manager, Kate, she helped me find what exactly what I needed for my reptile light and fish tank, plus she was able to answer all of my questions. I’ve been coming here since they opened and when I asked, we chatted about how she just started a few months ago. The fish tanks already look so much better than they used to. It was a pleasure to chat with her, I had a great experience and I will be back just for Kate!

PSA!!! Make sure you check the expiration date on your dog food. Bought this last week and it’s almost 4 months expired!!! Went to get a new bag and all the big bags were expired!!!
