If I could have left zero stars I would have. My dogs needed to be groomed badly as they were matted. We made an appointment and brought them in. When we brought them in they refused to do them. I had been there many times before and never had an issue with them being groomed. Any professional groomer would not refuse business and would be able to still groom them. We ended up taking them somewhere else and they were groomed. They came out great! I feel that it was just pure laziness for Petco. I suggest switching over to the Pooch Parlor as it is cheaper and they do a better job!

Got all the nutrients and live crickets for my bearded dragon. Not smelly any where. The Groomer was doing a special cut, and the dog was very white! Must have had a shampoo with brighteners. The winter coats for sale were top notch. I could have found many desirable items if I had the time to explore.

This store will be going out of business. Doors should open at 9 not 905 while people are waiting. Registers should be manned and ready to go, not have a line of people waiting for someone to show up for work. Is there zero management here??

Staff was helpful. I love being able to bring my dog in with me! We were traveling from New York to Maine with a new puppy and he was not doing well...car sick poor baby. We stopped at a Petco in Vermont they had some homeopathic digestive medicine it worked great the rest of the trip was smooth sailing!
