Great experience in the grooming salon for our buddy today! I only wish he'd gotten a little bow or bandana, but I think we'll survive. He looks great!!

My husband and I stopped here to get pet food/supplies today. Staff is rude, to busy playing cellphone instead of actually acknowledging the customer while checking them out. We couldn't remember if our rewards was under our number or my sons and apparently once you receive the receipt they are unable to add the points to your account. Might as well just shop at walmart for my needs.

Amazing! The staff (sorry I didn't catch their name) went above and beyond. So I was looking for a bed for my dogs. The person at the cashier seen me in a bit of a struggle(because I had both dogs) and came over with the pricing machine and helped me scan the prices as well as went over to another bed on sale and showed me that one as well. When I picked out the bed for them we went to the register and another associate came up with treats for them. The staff made us feel very welcomed and made this transaction extremely smooth! 🤔 sounds like they deserve a pizza party! Just saying I know I am not the only one they do this for. This behavior is very rare in retailers today. Go into any other store and you are lucky you even get a hello!

I normally would give Petco a 5 star rating but today I called the Queensbury store to ask if they had any crickets the persons name was Sam it was a female voice and told me she didn't know and put me on hold to go find out if she had crickets or not I hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes!!!! I tried calling back to see if she forgot me and nobody answered the phone when I called back. 😒 very disappointed I didn't want to waste my gas and time to drive to petco for crickets and they have none happens often, you sell these animals but don't stay up with the supply needed for all these animals!!!! When I do go to the store I have employees I know by name at that store and enjoy these certain employees that care and go out of their way to help me when I walk thru the door they get 5 stars for being respectful and polite every time I'm there at the store. Take care I just wished I received an answer if they had crickets and I didn't.

Very rude people going there to buy a lizard u would think u were buying a dog or something telling us they can't be in same tank why do they have them in same tank her name was Kelly I wouldn't suggest doing business with this store absolutely the worst place around to top it off she's a manager but I'm going higher up she should be fired video doesn't lie and this woman is outta control we're buying a freaking lizard we don't need her or her nephews whole life history supposedly her nephew has a gecko for 20 years funny their life span is only 15 very rude customer service I see this store loosing alotta money because of Kelly id suggest a new manager
