The service from the employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well cared. The only reason I build a four star review is because there were quite a few items that it was a very small selection of beds and a few other items we were looking for we did have to go somewhere else. Other than that, I feel like this is a great store and a wonderful place to bring your pet for socialization.

I recommend their grooming service! They are all great, but we get GiGi and she is phenomenal. She is very loving, caring and gentle with my pup and though my pup still gets nervous she adores GiGi. Thank you GiGi for taking care of our Mikka with such a kind heart and loving hands!

We have such an issue with finding a small-biz groomer that can take our two standard doodles on short notice. We’ve always been very pleased with the grooming of our dogs at this Petco location. Hannah is top tier and I’m so appreciative of the car she takes of my dogs when she’s grooming them!

Although they didn't have a lot of fish in stock, the fish they had looked healthy, and the tanks were clean. Stock can depend on what day of the week they get in their shipments, so that may have factored in. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was able to get some beautiful tetras and a bonus of finding different varieties of cory catfish!

This store really needs to work on hiring staff. It felt like there was one lady working the whole store when I was there. I was really happy they had the San Francisco Bay Sally’s brine shrimp that I was looking for, but me and a gentleman stood in line waiting for someone to come to the cash register for seven minutes. Finally one of the groomers came out and paged them. Really need more staff or a self checkout option.
