Brandons Exotic Pets

This is a great little store! We traveled almost two hours just to visit and look at the birds, and it did not disappoint! The store is was very neat, considering the variety of exotic animals inhabiting it. It's no secret that animals are messy, but there was active cleaning going on in between the staff helping customers, and there was no strong smell of ammonia like there is in so many pet stores, which speaks to the high level of care given. Brandon told us he raised most of the birds himself, and it really showed in how friendly and easy they were to handle, and even the birds that seemed a tiny bit shy of strangers, had no issues coming out of their cages for him :) He's very knowledgeable, and answered the questions I had without over complicating things or making me feel bad for struggling to find the answers on my own, which convinced me that this is the right place to purchase my first bird! I'm looking forward to my second visit soon!

This place is great. Nice and healthy exotic animals and great service. Explained a lot and I learned a lot. If you have a dog that goes through chew toys / bones, he has indestructible ones that can go through a wood chipper. Can't say how great this please is

The staff at Brandon‘s rocks! Not only are they knowledgeable and experienced their animals are very loved and well taken care of. I have purchased two Indian ringnecks, and they are the most loving amazing birds. But what really impressed me was the fact that the other week I had gotten injured, and due to the medication I was on was not able to drive. I realized I was out of birdseed, and I called to the store and for a small tip one of their staff members was kind enough to, bring me a bag of the usual food that I get my babies. They do truly love their animals and their customers. ♥️♥️♥️

I was looking to buy an exotic bird and stumbled upon Brandons Exotic Pets. After some discussion, they sold me this beautiful Calico Macaw. I am so very happy as I've been wanting one of these guys in awhile. Named her Pretty. They were extremely helpful in letting me know how to take care of the pet and to contact them should I have any trouble. They even referred me to their vet that handles rare and exotic animals. Thanks again!!

My daughter wanted a cockatiel bird and I knew From previous times I’ve bought animals and products from here that this was the most straight up pet store to go to for our bird. When we went to Brandon’s store to find the perfect bird he had his store packed with customers but still gave us his time and attention to help us carefully select our bird. He explained in details which birds would be a good starter bird and we decided on a baby he had which would be a better fit for my daughter being that it’s her first time ever owning a pet bird. We had to wait 2 months until the baby bird was big enough and eating seeds on his own before he could come home with us but Brandon let us come feed the baby bird as well as sent us updated info and pictures/videos of how our baby bird was doing. Everything at check out time went smoothly and Brandon even asked us to bring the bird back for a check up to ensure he’s gaining weight. No other pet store cares about their animals the way the this pet store does.
